Victor Espinoza PSA
Underground Service Alert of Southern California participated with the Common Ground Alliance’s PSA starring Kentucky Derby and Preakness winning jockey Victor Espinoza. The thirty second PSA was released at the CGA Annual Conference in March of 2015. The PSA was filmed throughout picturesque Del Mar Racetrack located in Southern California.
